I was looking at the BBC website for the area I come from tonight. It claims to translate one’s actual name into a ‘secret name’ based on the local dialect. I typed in ‘jeff beazley’ and discovered that my ‘secret name’ is:

Fardle Werrit-Jibber.

Suitably amused, I had to take this further, so I put Sarah’s name in there. Apparently, she’s:

Hasky Knobstick-Queegle.
