I saw the new moon clear tonight when I walked down the
lane, and remembered what the oracle said:
If you see the new
moon clear, kiss the first person you see so that you may have a new dress.
The first, and only, person I saw was the teenage son of New
House Farm. I decided I wasn’t all that bothered about having a new dress at the
moment.
(And guess whose house looked unoccupied again tonight.)
According to Google stats, the number of page views I've had since getting the tracker facility in July 2010 currently stands at exactly 35,000. I wonder whether I'll be blogging long enough to make the million.
