Avian Awareness.

I was just watching a bigger bird and a smaller bird squabbling over food. We think of birds as cute, especially the smaller garden varieties, but they’re not. They just appear that way to a human’s sensibilities and perceptions. They’re actually tough, combative, pragmatic and resourceful. Since I’m stuck with being human, however, I still love ’em.
