I was just browsing through some Irish slow airs on
YouTube, when I came across one played on uillean pipes by a man sitting on the toilet. He justified his
choice of venue by claiming that bathrooms offer the best acoustics. And
somebody commented ‘I always wanted to see a real Irish bog!’ JJ is much amused.

There is a duo of sister's i love, CocoRosie and they recorded their first album in their bathroom because of the acoustics. I've heard of a few other artists/musicians doing the same. And i only sing in the shower... well, except for when i'm getting Liam to sleep in his room. But the last time i sang to him he put his little hand up and covered my mouth.
not sure why i put that apostrophe in sisters. Maybe because its almost 1 am.
But do CocoRosie make videos of themselves sitting on the toilet?
It's nice when kids do things like that. Do you think he was trying to shut you up because he wanted to go to sleep, or because he was trying to feel the energy of your breath?
I mostly sing when I'm walking alone at night. It makes a nice accompaniment to planes going overhead and flatulent horses.
No, but CocoRosie does do videos of themselves wearing fake beards and mustaches.
I think Liam was trying to shut me up because he isn't fond of my Alvin and the Chipmunks, or i guess i should say Chipettes, singing voice.
