Several people have come to the blog today by searching Easter wish list, so I got to thinking
about such a list.
I decided that there is one thing that could go on it, but
it’s one of those ‘be careful what you wish for’ things. It isn’t so much that
it carries risk, more that it carries the certainty of big downs as well as big
ups, and I wonder whether I’ve ridden the rollercoaster enough already.
Besides, I’m not really the wishing type. There’s something
a bit airy-fairy about wishing. I’m more the type to generate the appropriate
energy and then take the opportunity when it comes along. It’s how most of the
best things have happened to me.
