A Possible Exception.

I read today that some porn site has been hacked, and that 73,000 subscribers have had their names, e-mail addresses and passwords accessed, along with their credit card details.

Well, it’s obviously a matter of great concern that the internet is not secure. Like most people, I have various items of personal information stored on a number of sites (I wonder whether there’s anybody left in the western world whose credit card details aren’t stored on Amazon, for example.) But I wonder whether the fact that it was a porn site somehow makes a difference. I don’t suppose it does, really. I suppose I’m being ungracious.
