Oh my gosh, Jeff...I literally just spit my tea from my mouth that I was drinking when I read this. Hmmm, you can always look at it, in pagan terms. Like you are the Greenman and that you're celebrating Bacchanalian rites in the hedges? Just a thought ;)
I do remember doing something a bit naughty at the base of a hedgerow once - with a Libran, actually - but I think being any closer would be a bit uncomfortable. Or maybe you're right about the Green Man. I have a Green Man wind chime hanging in my office.
