This habit I’ve developed of waking up 1-2 hrs prematurely
every morning, my mind and stomach locked up with anxiety, is getting on my
nerves a bit. I know I have plenty of things to be anxious about, but that
doesn’t mean I have to be anxious about them, does it? I’m sure this is
beatable, I just don’t know how.
