Another Minor Muse.

Life is sometimes like waiting at a bus stop, even when every scrap of reliable information tells you that the last bus has gone.

I’ve always found giving up one of the most difficult things to do. Giving in, on the other hand, is much easier, and can often be very rewarding.

giving in can= letting go. giving in can=acceptance. giving in can= cowardice. giving in can=fear of difficulty.

sometimes it is positive sometimes it is negative.

depends on the frame really ;)

you'd be a fun neighbour for mental stimulation it would be like facebook poking pingpong via the letterbox.

I know.My thought when I wrote it was:

Giving up = admitting defeat.

Giving in = acceptance.

I was musing on the subtle difference.

I'm a good neighbour as long as I don't get too close. When I get close, people see all sides of me. Then they get confused. Must admit, though, I would like to have you as a neighbour. You could be the kid sister I've wanted all my life. How nice!
