Yup, that’s because, technically speaking, a poisonous snake
is one that would poison you if you ate it. A snake that is capable of
injecting venom is correctly called a venomous
snake.

1.30 AM of October 1st (Saturday night my time) I was sleeping.
1.20 PM of October 2nd (Sunday afternoon) I was chatting online.
I am not sure which one you mentioned.
My mistake. It's common in English vernacular to use 'your' as a generality when the more accurate 'my mind' or 'one's mind' would be more correct.
I was referring to what goes through MY mind at 1.30 in the morning.
