Words.

I was browsing YouTube when I came across a song I used to like. It isn’t worth identifying because, frankly, many of the lyrics are eminently forgettable. They do, however, contain this little gem:

I’ve never been afraid of silence

What scares me more are empty words

And so, today’s little thought:

May my words never be empty. They can be happy or sad, bland or inspirational, light or dark, positive or negative, lyrical or prosaic. Just as long as they’re always honest and never empty.
