Snappy Titles.

There’s a project afoot in Britain to develop a pilot-free plane, and one is to be tested over UK airspace later this year. That’s a bit exciting if you’re into that sort of thing, and worth keeping an eye on.

The project is called ASTRAEA, which has a reassuringly proper, Greek-sounding ring to it. It stands for:

Autonomous Systems Technology Related Airborne Evaluation & Assessment.

Nice and easy to remember, then.
