Mediterranean Joe.

This Italian style coffee I opened this morning is splendid stuff. I used to choose coffee by its origin – Colombian and Java were favourite. For the past few years I’ve been favouring Americano when I drink coffee out, but that’s just single or double shot espresso topped up with hot water.

I don’t know what defines ‘Italian style,’ but this stuff is dark and heavy-roasted – a little bitter, but not acidic. That’s just how I like it, so my education continues.
