After Firefox version 13 downloaded recently I got a problem with my Hotmail account: it stopped auto-updating. That’s a nuisance because if you’re expecting or hoping for an e-mail, you have to keep refreshing the page to check. I went onto Firefox’s forum and discovered it was a known issue, and that there was some difference of opinion as to whether the solution lay in the hands of Firefox or Hotmail.

Well, last night Firefox 13.0.1 downloaded, and guess what – Hotmail is now auto-updating again. So that means Firefox currently get my vote. Thank you, Firefox. I like people who sort problems.
