I remember from when I was at school that the amoeba was classified as a ‘single celled animalcule.’ Sounds OK, that. Wouldn’t mind being one of them. Probably a lot easier than being human, I should think.

I've never hear or seen the word animacule before. I was always taught that an amoeba was a "single-celled organism."
'Animalcule.' It just means a tiny animal, apparently. Either way, it's probably easier than being human.
