Calling a Halt.

The Chancellor’s Autumn Statement yesterday took the predictable cheap shot at the easiest target – the unemployed. Every time Osborne speaks, his mealy mouth drips the bile of privileged non-comprehension.

You know, the present British Government is probably the most arrogant and incompetent I’ve ever experienced, but they are good at one thing: they’re good at kicking the injured in the gut when they’re already on the floor.

But then, they’ve had plenty of experience. The officer class has been doing that for nine hundred and forty seven years. (Work it out.) I think it’s about time we consigned the Tories to the grubby shadows of vainglorious history. Creating the problem and then blaming it on the victims just isn’t good enough any more.

But do I care? I’m still not sure.
