The Advantage of Sleep Deprivation.

I’ve complained a lot recently about how the CFS causes me to wake up five to six hours after going to sleep. It seems this isn’t such a bad thing. Researchers have discovered that people who sleep between four and six hours a night generally live longer.

I assume their experiments included a control group of people who slept little, but still died young through such things as typhoid, 18-30 Club holidays and getting run over by a bus.
