Prevailing Junk.

I counted up the last fifty entries on my Feedjit stats tracker yesterday, and discovered that thirty of them were bots. That’s 60%. And just in case you spent your schooldays dreaming of junk food like Big Macs and Chicken McNuggets instead of listening to what the big person at the front was saying, 60% is more than half.

As if I don’t get enough junk mail, junk phone calls and junk e-mails already, now I have bots on the blog in numerical superiority.

You know, Big Pharm spends billions to make more billions inventing all sorts of pesticides to kill everything from unwanted wild flowers to fleas on the dog. Couldn’t they do the world a real favour for a change and invent a boticide?
