I find these two women utterly hypnotic. Apart from anything else, they help to explain why so many British colonial officers during the Raj abandoned their lives back home and settled down with Indian women. Can you imagine any mere European woman being able to dance like this? Even a Russian? It also goes a long way to excuse King Herod’s generosity in the severed heads department.

In case you’re interested, my preference is for the dark haired one. That’s for people watching in black and white.
