Today I got my electric bill, and discovered that they owe me money. Isn’t life weird?

Mixed Fortunes.
Yesterday I spent half an hour getting very angry at the
phone company and shouting at people in call centres. Well, who else is there
to shout at when you’re being treated at least disrespectfully and probably
dishonestly, and being overcharged in the process? I did ask to speak to a
supervisor, but the young woman declined my request so she got the broadside.
