The effect of being deprived of one of my most vital
narcotics was close to devastating, but then the anxiety set in. Is this a
problem with YouTube, my media player, my headset, or my computer?
It took a good five minutes of trial by elimination to
arrive at the truth: I had the jack plugs plugged into the wrong sockets. They’re
colour-coded. Yeah, right.
