A Ghost of a Question.

Have you ever heard a child ask what a ghost is? I don’t remember ever asking that question when I was a child; it seems I came into this world knowing what a ghost is, and I was scared to death of them.

So doesn’t that hint at the possibility, or even the likelihood, of persistence of consciousness? And doesn’t it suggest that people who ask ‘do you believe in life after death?’ are only acknowledging half the picture?
