And thank heaven for silly posts, I say.

Epiphany in Fruit.
I was walking past a fruit shop today when I experienced a
revelation. ‘Plum’ is an anagram of ‘lump’, so
if you were to put a plum in your pocket and somebody asked ‘Do tell me, what
is that unseemly protuberance?’ you could answer: ‘It’s a plum’ or ‘It’s a lump’
and they would both be correct. Isn’t it wonderful when the intricacies of life
and language offer you fascinating alternatives?
