I hear the authorities have started rationing the lavatory paper in some big Chinese tourist attraction. They’ve even installed face recognition software to make sure you can’t cheat. And it’s all, apparently, due to the fact that people have been observed stuffing piles of it in their bags to take home. I wonder what they wanted it for. Paper lanterns?
