Early Autumn Hedgerows.
The hedgerows are marking the year’s turn most noticeably now. They’re still predominantly green, but they’re well peppered with yellow and brown, the reds and blacks of berries, and the white woolliness of willow herb. They look both splendid and sad in the low sunlight of a September afternoon.
