Excerpt from the American comedy show ‘Taxi.’
Judd Hirsch and Marilu Henner (the ‘sensible’ ones) are having a conversation about the fact that Judd has just phoned his wayward daughter in Brazil. The Rev Jim, a (not really) reformed junkie played by Christopher Lloyd interposes:
‘Did you know there are three million, eight hundred and forty seven thousand, nine hundred and sixty one telephone subscribers in Brazil?’
J and M regard him quizzically, and then continue the conversation. Jim interposes again:
‘And did you know that the total revenue from telephone subscriptions in Brazil is a hundred and forty seven million, five hundred and seventy two thousand, six hundred and eighty two dollars?’
J and M stop talking and regard him with amazement. Judd asks:
‘Jim, how do you know these things?’
It’s Jim’s turn to look amazed.
‘You mean I’m right?!’
I get it!
Am I back? S’ppose so.

Yay. No more tiring of your own witterings. Verboten.
Oh, and the Ms or Miss is a non issue. Not cynical, just wary of prematurely hoping. Miracles are nice though.
Latin, American AND German! Wow, lady, you're good! So glad you're still with me.
