There was a fascinating news report from northern Sweden
today. A man who’d been trapped in his snowbound car for two months has been
found alive. He’d had no food, apparently, just melt water from the snow, and
the temperature had been down as low as -30°C (-22°F.)
The report said that he’d been unable to utter more than a
few words when they found him. Such wimps, these Scandinavians.
